This is a team project that is part of the Craft Cluster provided by NIFT. The project was completed in three stages, and here is the hierarchical organization of the project:

Stage 1: Research
Conducted primary and secondary research to understand the craft industry, including the history, culture, and current practices of the craft community.
Analyzed the market demand, customer preferences, and competitive landscape of the craft industry.
Identified the challenges and opportunities that the craft community faces in the current market.

Stage 2: Design
Created a detailed design plan that addressed the challenges identified in the research stage.
Developed new product ideas and designs that aligned with the market demand and customer preferences.
Conducted testing and prototyping of the designs to ensure that they were practical and effective.

Stage 3: Implimentation/Execution
Developed a comprehensive business plan for the craft community to implement the new designs and products.
Provided training and support to the craft community to ensure that they could effectively implement the plan.
